Lucas Mandic

Lucas obtained a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Colorado Mesa University where he played NCAA Division II football. After college, he took a position at a physical therapy clinic that specialized in sports medicine. From that experience he was exposed to corrective exercise for both the general population and high level athletes. He has since applied that knowledge to the programs of his clients and have seen outstanding results. I love helping clients increase their mobility, injury prevention, and improve movement patterns in the general population as well as the geriatric population.
