The Training Grounds is a training space reserved for 1 on 1 and small group training sessions only. This means no crowds and no waiting for machines or equipment. In order to ensure a quality training experience, we do not offer general gym memberships.

Personalized training programs are the ticket to fantastic results. Your workout will be personalized to your fitness needs as well as your current fitness state. Your trainer will know how and when to modify the program as you progress and meet your goals.
CONSULTATION
After filling out the contact form we will contact you to gather more information on how we can best serve you. A consultation will then be scheduled if not done so already. During the consultation we will assess your current state of fitness and you'll receive a fitness expert's recommendations on:

Following the consultation you will be assigned a trainer that best fits your specific needs and a price will be provided. Rates are based on the findings of the consultation and recommended frequency of training. Package rates are available. Contact us for more info. The Training Grounds is amazing-- it's a smaller private gym so it's never packed and always really clean! The owner and trainers there are super knowledgeable and accommodating (one on one training without the distractions/mess of a corporate gym!!). Always good music, cold water, clean towels, and good vibes!! I would definitely recommend to any and everyone!

This is a fantastic medium sized gym with all the equipment of a full sized franchise gym. It’s definitely much cleaner than the bigger gyms, yet no where near as crowded. There are a perfect variety of trainers there for pretty much anyone’s needs. Its definitely an ideal gym for those who are just getting serious about their fitness, those who are fitness fanatics and everyone in between. It’s the real deal over there!
