Hi my name is Dominic! One of the most rewarding aspects of being a personal trainer is the privilege of witnessing my client's physical and mental transformations that occur as a result of their dedication to their training programs.

My personal training philosophy focuses on hypertrophy training. It is all about progressive overload, high-volume/intense workouts, and muscle fatigue to drive muscle growth. Proper nutrition and adequate rest are crucial, and a consistent individualized approach is emphasized.
